I have re-worked the training packages for the 3rd time in 6 months this week after taking advantage of some new suppliers with great products.

Former Gladstone Muay Thai champion Eilleen Forrest continued on her winning way last weekend on the Sunshine Coast with an amazing win over Australian Team representative Chika.

After a lot of searching I have finally found and am happy with the new training gloves for our MMA classes.

Some news for our class structure with some changes coming up.

Sorry to say that we are still having difficulties uploading the latest photos.  This has meant that I cannot show the new kids gear or the photos and report from the Daniel Lima seminars in March.  Our website hosts are working on the problem and assure me it will be fixed soon.  Sorry for the delay.
