I finally got around to finishing and updating the articles that I have been working on for some time now.

Congratuations to Eilleen Forrest who won the Gladstone Regional Senior Sports Person of the Year Award at the Australia Day presentations on Sunday.

You may or may not have noticed that I have removed the Blog! section of the website as of today. 

I have made some changes and updates to our 2009 Calendar page (in the news section of the website).  It is unfortunate that we live in regional area that the tournaments and fight shows we put on must not clash with the ones held in South East Queensland otherwise we don't get a good competitor turnout.  So I have been forced to change some dates but I am happy with the changes as they seem to have worked out well.

Eilleen showed how hard she can hit with a quick win over a girl from Thailand last weekend.
