I can't believe that this sort of thing still happens in our sport. I am having trouble finding the words to describe how disgusted I am by the decision that robbed Eilleen of the ISKA QLD Title on Saturday night.
After another opponent pulled of fighting Eilleen on the Rockhampton fight show in October - this time it was supposed to be for the WKA QLD Title - we managed to find an international opponent for Eilleen who is super keen to fight.
Due to a clash with a fight show in November, the end of year MMA Belt Evaluations will be changed to the 22nd of November. Please make a note in your dairies and calenders. Thanks.
Eilleen has been offered the opportunity to fight for the WKA (world kickboxing association) lightweight QLD Muay Thai title in Rockhampton on the 4th of October.

That's right, you read correctly. Eilleen is now matched to fight for the ISKA LightWeight Queensland Muay Thai Title on the 23rd of August in Brisbane.
Woo Hoo!!!! She did it guys! She trained her bum off, stayed focussed, stuck to the game plan and fought her heart out for 5 rounds against a much more experienced girl to win the WKBF Light-Weight Muay Thai Queensland Belt.
