Ok, all the invitations have been sent out and we have already had some good feedback regarding out grappling tournament in August.

After much mucking around with rope covers, corner pads and canvas flooring, the ring is finally finished and we have been training in it all week.

This is huge news for Australian Muay Thai because not only is the championships in our home country, but it is also being held as part of the Araura games for the first time.

Roy Luxton from 5 Rings is hosting another Mixed Martial Arts fight show on September 13th on the Gold Coast.

It is time again for us to host the local BJJ and Submission Grappling Tournament - set for August 30th.  The last event was great with lots of close matches and heaps of spirit shown, especially from the juniors.

Congrats and well done to our three boys who drove all the way to Toowoomba on the weekend to compete in the "Enemy On The Floor 3" submission grappling tournament.

That's right!  I finally got the DVD's from our grappling tournament and the Rung Chai training sessions completed.

A huge effort from Josh Davies, Jeff Carr and Paul Jones last week saw the construction of our new training ring completed last week.

I have been speaking to Ruben from Hell Razor Muay Thai in Rockhampton over the last few weeks and it would seem his next fight show in Rockampton on the 4th of October should be a good one.

It has been great to see Luke and Tekan back in the gym and training again after their trip to Thailand.
