2010 will be a very exciting and fullfilling year with heaps of seminars with Daniel Lima, Frank Barca from 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, Kru Dip and more gradings to give students the chance to test and improve more regularly.  Not to mention all the tournaments being run.  LAST UPDATED 29/07/10
